Returns/Exchange Policy


At Jaana Bulaan we want you to LOVE your purchase, but if for some reason its not suitable or you require another size, we are more than happy for you to return your items for a refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  • Items must be returned within 21 days from the date on your original sales invoice. (*Preorders 21 days from the date of dispatch).
  • Items must have their original packaging, tags, incidentals (i.e. spare buttons) attached and be unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition.
  • We do not hold items for exchange.
  • Items must be full priced. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to return item/s if they do not meet the above conditions.
All postage costs for the return/exchange is at the buyers expense.

We recommend returning your items using appropriate postal insurance/tracking to ensure it arrives back to us safely. Items are your responsibility until they reach Jaana Bulaan.

Once your return has been received please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued.


If you are exchanging an item, we will email you to confirm the item and size you require are in stock, and the exchanged item/s will be sent within 3-5 business days. If your exchange item in unavailable, you will be issued with a refund minus postage costs.

If your exchange size/item is in stock, Jaana Bulaan will post your exchange free of charge (initial exchange only). If in the unlikely event, you require to exchange multiple times, you will be responsible for the additional postage costs.

Items will not be reserved until your returned item has been received and we cannot guarantee items and sizes will be in stock. If you would like to secure a size, we recommend purchasing another order in the correct size, and submitting the wrong sized item/s for a refund.



SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale/clearance items so please choose carefully.



If you have a faulty or damaged product please request a return by emailing and include a picture of the fault and your order number.

All faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item, or it may not be accepted for return.


PREORDER item/s are NOT in stock at the time of purchase.

We can only provide an approximate delivery date - the item/s may arrive earlier or later than expected. *unforeseen delays do sometimes occur so please take this into consideration when placing a preorder.

Please be patient...You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your preorder has been posted.

Please note if you order an IN-STOCK item/s with your PREORDER these will be shipped together when your preorder arrives – if you would like your IN-STOCK item now, please place a SEPARATE order.
